Susana Diaz

Chief Executive Officer

Susana Diaz founded Pacific Angels Home Care with one mission: to provide compassionate, personalized in-home care that truly honors the dignity and needs of every client and family. With more than 20 years of hands-on experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Susana worked in homes across the region, witnessing firsthand the difference that quality, heartfelt care can make.

Her passion for caregiving is deeply personal. In addition to her professional work, Susana cared for her own father during his battle with cancer—an experience that shaped her understanding of what families truly need during vulnerable times. She built Pacific Angels on the belief that caregivers should treat every client as if they were their own family. That’s why she remains committed to being available, along with her team, 24/7 to support clients, loved ones, and caregivers alike.

Susana leads with integrity, compassion, and a deep-rooted dedication to service. She’s not only a founder—she’s also a caregiver at heart. Together with longtime friends and colleagues Esme and Victoria, Susana has created a care team that feels more like family.
